Terms and Conditions for Pelvic Gorgeous Virtual Course

Welcome to the Pelvic Gorgeous Virtual Course (the “Course”). By accessing or participating in this Course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
1.1 Copyright: All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, and supplemental resources, is protected by copyright laws and is the exclusive property of Coulee Health. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Course materials is strictly prohibited.
1.2 Trademark: “Pelvic Gorgeous” and any associated logos or branding are trademarks of Coulee Health. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
1.3 License for Use: Enrolled participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Course materials for their personal education and to implement in patient care within their private practice. This license does not permit resale, reproduction, or sharing of Course materials with third parties.
2. Restrictions on Use

3. Enrollment and Access
3.1 Access to the Course is limited to the enrolled participant. Each participant must create their own account and purchase individual access.
3.2 Access is provided for a period of 24 months from the date of enrollment. Extensions may be granted at the discretion of Coulee Health.
3.3 Coulee Health reserves the right to revoke access to the Course for any participant found in violation of these terms.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1 The Course is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, Coulee Health does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in the Course.
4.2 The Course does not substitute professional training or certification requirements mandated by governing bodies in the participant’s field of practice.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Coulee Health is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the Course materials.
5.2 Participants assume full responsibility for applying the Course content in their professional practice in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
